On October 18th, the IX Workshop RI UCB was held. This was the 9th edition of the event and discussed the theme “Elections, Polarization and Defense of Interest” between panels and lectures.
The project, developed by students of the International Relations course at the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB), seeks to foster debate on the area of Institutional and Governmental Relations (RIG) in the academic environment and contribute to the training of students in training.
The workshop began with a master class on the “Importance of public opinion in democratic processes”. Then, the program had three lectures: “Challenges of exercising the defense of interests in election period”; “The role of the Judiciary in approving laws and defending interests”; and “Graduates: Trajectory and professional perspectives.”
Umbelino Lôbo was once again one of the sponsors of the event and thanks, once again, the UCB Workshop team for the opportunity to be part of the initiative.
