My name is Ana Júlia, I am from Brasília (DF) and I work at Umbelino Lôbo as an Assistant in the States and Municipalities team. I am a graduate of the Public Policy Management course at the University of Brasilia. I have always been a student engaged in the course, having spent 2 years managing the Academic Center as a student representative of the students. Until December 2022, I was at the head of Empresa Junior Publicae Consultoria Júnior, in the position of Organizational President, where I had my first contact with Government Relations. I ventured into the academic field, joining the Advanced Research Group on Organizational Behavior for 2 years for the production of research and with frequent participation in debates on the subject.

Mineira with roots, candanga at heart, artist since the beginning. She holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília (UnB) and in Theory, Criticism and History of Art from the same institution.

She started working in the Government Relations area in 2009 as an intern at Umbelino Lôbo and in 2018 she joined the consultancy's partner board. After a few years following the activities of the National Congress and the Federal Government, today it is dedicated to structuring and managing the company's Communication sector.

Passionate about studying politics and society, her interest in these areas arose when she joined the university in 2019 and was briefly part of the student movement. She studied Social Work for a year, but her enthusiasm for government relations took her to Political Science at the University of Brasília (UnB). Today, she is part of the Umbelino Lôbo team and feels fulfilled in finally working with what she loves.

Antônio Marcos Umbelino Lôbo graduated in Law, has lived in Brasília-DF since its foundation. He is a specialist in the area of government relations. He was Head of the Ultra Group Office in Brasília and Partner at Góes, Piquet & Lôbo Consultores Associados. In the public sector, he was head of the cabinet of the Extraordinary Minister of Debureaucratization (1979/1983) and of the Minister of Social Security (1982/1985), Hélio Beltrão. He was also head of the Petrobrás office in Brasília (1985/1987), during the administration of Hélio Beltrão and Ozires Silva and chief of staff of the Minister of Infrastructure, Ozires Silva (1990/1991). He is currently Managing Director of Umbelino Lôbo Assessoria e Consultoria.

A graduate student in Public Policy Management at the University of Brasília (UnB), she had the opportunity to become a researcher at the Institute of Political Science at UnB, in a study group on bicameralism and comparative politics, which opened the door to interest in the legislature. .

In another extension group at the university, he was part of Strategos - Junior Enterprise of Political Consulting, where he had his first contact with the universe of Government Relations, which aroused interest, passion and willingness to dedicate himself. At Umbelino Lôbo, he joined as an intern and is now responsible for leading the intelligence, analysis and back office activities.

Technologist in Graphic Design from the Instituto de Educação Superior de Brasília (IESB) since 2020, she works as a communication assistant at Umbelino Lôbo and has professional experience in the production of graphic pieces, focusing on layout and visual identity. In addition to being a designer, she also holds a degree in Journalism. In the area, he wrote for editorials on cities and culture and worked as a multimedia reporter, producing, recording and editing video interviews.

Consultant at Umbelino Lôgood, it was too parliamentary articulation advisor at the National Confederation of Municipalities (CNM), in addition to having an internship at the Secretary of Government of Presidency of the Republic. At the academy, he was part of Strategos – Junior Political Consultancy Company, acting through the Center for Legislative Research and in the Communication & Marketing Board.

Felipe Oppelt is Olivia's Dad and has lived in Brasília since 2004. His trajectory at Umbelino began as an intern, still during his graduation in Political Science, at the University of Brasília (UnB). Since then, he has been a follow-up advisor to the Legislative Power, a team he later coordinated for two years. Later, he held the position of Executive Manager, managing the follow-up activities with a strategic focus on both the Executive and Legislative Powers. In 2017, he became a Partner and Executive Director of Umbelino. It believes in the social role of training professionals played by Umbelino over the years and in the essential role of government relations for the consolidation of democracy and its institutions, as well as for the construction of public policies aligned with the interests of society.

Graduated in International Relations and Graduated in Political Science. Since his first graduation, he has always shown great interest in government relations, directing his experiences to the area. With a course on Legislative Regimental Process and Comparative Politics, he participated and used his knowledge in the multidisciplinary initiative of the UDF with the production of a book that evaluated the development of the SDGs, through the analysis of public policies, in the Brazilian context.

Resolveu estudar Ciência Política justamente por buscar maior proximidade à área de relações governamentais, além do fascínio pela análise das instituições democráticas, da estruturação econômica, política e social do Brasil, conciliação de interesses e comunicação estratégica, dentre outras habilidades discutidas e trabalhadas pelo curso e que fazem parte da rotina da área. Influenciando na sua paixão, interesse e envolvimento nas rotinas atuais, assumiu cargo de assessora na Umbelino Lôbo.

Enthusiastic in the study of political processes, she is a graduate student in International Relations at the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB). He was part of the organization of three editions of the Workshop RI UCB, in the scope of Government Relations, and has co-authored the three editions of the magazine Em Pauta Relgov, which deals with the legislative process and current themes of the profession.

I have two teenage children who take all the time they have left, going to the park, movies with them is my rest. I like to do voluntary work. Helping others in their need is soul cleansing.

The son of teacher parents, I was encouraged from an early age to study and have contact with the various manifestations of art and culture. Like every brasiliense, I am an enthusiast for politics.

I studied Public Policy Management because I understand that the transformation of society necessarily involves good practices in the State-Company-Society relationship. At university, I was involved with several projects, I was a member of research groups, I was part of the management of the DCE Honestino Guimarães as coordinator of the teaching and extension portfolio and participated in a scientific initiation research, where I studied the Brazilian public debt.

It was at Umbelino that I had my first contact with the government relations career, still as an intern. I was able to see up close the work of extremely qualified and dedicated professionals and the feeling is that there was no better way to take my first steps in the area.

After a year as an intern, I was hired and started to integrate the infrastructure nucleus, following the topics of electric energy, tourism and civil aviation.

Graduated in International Relations at the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB) and post-graduated in the MBA in Economics and Management: Government Relations at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He has worked in Institutional and Government Relations (RIG) since 2017, having worked in the External Relations area at Embraer SA and experienced in regulatory affairs, international trade and sustainability. Currently, she is also part of the Women Inside Trade (WIT Starters) network.

I have a degree in Business Administration, I have worked for many years in the administrative area advising executives in various segments. Christian for some years, I like to live my life honestly and with integrity, trying to do everything with dedication and responsibility. When I make mistakes, I like to receive constructive criticism, because I believe that human beings live in constant learning. I love movies, series, music, animals, nature and beach (my favorite place in the world). I'm married to a Bahian from Salvador, I have two children, two stepdaughters and three grandchildren. I am very grateful to God for life and that's why I also like to help those in need.

Além disso, atuou como consultor de internacionalização na CONEX, empresa Junior de Relações Internacionais.

Stelle has a degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia (UnB) and is a graduate student in Environmental Policy Management from Anhembi Morumbi University (UAM). In her complementary training, it is worth mentioning the summer course in Regulation of Public Services at the Turin School of Regulation, in Italy, and an improvement in Parliamentary Law and Legislative Process at the Centro Universitário de Brasília (Uniceub). He is an alumni of the United States Embassy for participating in the Youth Ambassadors program and was a scholarship holder of the Government of Egypt to participate in the World Youth Forum event in 2019.

He has worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE), at Patri Políticas Públicas and at BMJ Consultores Associados. She is a published researcher in public policy. She has already done volunteer work in several institutions, with emphasis on Girl Up, Unicef, US-Brazil Exchange Alumni (USBEA) and the Covid-19 Tracker of the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford.

He speaks English and French and at Umbelino he is responsible for monitoring the agenda for economics and trade, the environment and foreign affairs.

Wandréa Gomes was born in Brasília, DF. Graduated in Economic Sciences from the Federal District University Center (UNIDF), she has worked at Umbelino Lôbo since 1998, where she started as executive secretary of the board and in 2008 became Administration and Finance Manager.
